My name is Tatiana, I am the director of the Smile Dental Studio. Our company planned the construction of a new dentistry at the address Zaporozhye, st. Borodinskaya, 2. The construction was planned large-scale and complex, taking into account the specifics of our work; the number and complexity of connecting dental equipment; as well as the reconstruction itself of 5 rooms located on two floors. We have actually been cooperating with Ukrexpertinvestproject since July 20. At first, the designers made an architectural and construction project for us, and from October 20. construction work was carried out directly.We were incredibly pleased with the cooperation !!! He began cooperation with them by ordering a project of engineering networks (electricity, water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilation) for the reconstruction of a private house, in the process there were a lot of questions and corrections, everything was taken into account and embodied in projects and estimates. Having received the estimate, I realized that I was very happy with the prices and decided to implement projects with their help. We drew up a contract, made an advance payment for materials, the work began to boil. In the process, there were wishes to add or change something, as usual. As a result, they even met the deadlines. Two months have passed, the work has been completed and I am very pleased with the result. They work neatly, are polite and decent. It can be seen that they are working for the result. Pros in general, I really respect such people! Next year I will continue the reconstruction with the help of this company.

I liked everything even at the stage of my first acquaintance: politely accepted, told everything and explained. Director Maxim is a pleasant person from the first second to a handshake and the words "take the object"! Repair was done on a turnkey basis, ie the materials were bought by the guys, we only accepted the stages of construction and stated comments that were accepted and corrected with a smile! Despite some delay due to our fault !, the repair was completed on time and on September 1st our restaurant received its first guests, for which we thank Maxim and his team!P.S. looking for a room for a second restaurant ..... and with the construction company already, which, of course, we decided)!
